October has probably been the most dramatic, most difficult, most completely depressing month for me this year. That’s not to say it hasn’t had it’s finer days, but really, I think I could flood the Mississippi with how many tears, angry/frustrated/sad/stressed tears, I’ve made. But instead of literary vomit of my life thus far, I’m going to post photos from a Halloween party we attended last weekend.
Steve and I, since we’re broke, ended up dressing up in his ACUs (Army Combat Uniform, for those who haven’t heard of it before) he had brought back from Iraq. Except, well, his tops didn’t fit me as well as they fit him. So disregard how skanky I seem.
By the way, as a heads-up? I was the only sober one at this party, which, judging by my expressions, you may find hard to believe.
My cousin Crystal and I, around 1 AM:

Stephen and I (he had become hot in his top, so we’re not matching in this photo):

Lining up for beer pong. My cousin Crystal is only next to Steve to provide distraction to her fiance, who is playing opposite of them.:

Hahahaha Who doesn’t love a happy drunk? (Notice the fake gun in my cousin’s bosom…):

I don’t eve know how to caption this.:

Tristian, my cousin’s fiance. Clearly hammered.:

Tristian and Justin, on the opposite end of Stephen’s side.:

Love the costume. It’s definitely tough being a sober person at a Halloween party. I hate it.

My husband I were deployed for Halloween 06 + 08, thus we dressed up as Soldiers. Not surprisingly, so did everyone else…I think it was because it was mandatory…
Looks like a fun party though
